Sarah Hyde Chartered MCIPD

An HR professional with over 20 years experience. I have been employed in a variety of industries in both private and public sector, including Media, Insurance, Field Marketing and Cleaning Contractors.

I gained a BA (hons) in Business Studies, after which I continued to study, alongside work, for my professional qualification (CIPD) which I gained in 1998.

I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and I am responsible to them for my continuous development and code of conduct.

I am passionate about ensuring both employers and employees are working to the best of their abilities and working in a healthy and rewarding environment. I have worked with SME businesses for over 12 years and understand some of the pressures they face. I aim to help relieve some of those pressures in providing affordable and clear solutions.

My Consultancy developed as I understood that small businesses were using downloaded or previous employers contracts and policies/procedures that were not meeting the needs of their business. Others were seeking expensive legal advice for employment relations issues that was not necessary.

Having worked for various organisations, I decided I wanted to help those businesses that did not have the HR support that larger organisations benefited from, and to help them build their businesses with the right foundations in place and assist through an employee’s life cycle.

Through my business  I support financially “stop the traffic” http://www.stopthetraffik.org/  and local Redkite Centre Red Kite Family Centre that helps and supports young families, especially those who are struggling or vulnerable, and together build a brighter future for the next generation of our community.
