I am working with Shaun on producing tailored courses, you can find more information about him here: http://www.tiptoptraining.co.uk/index.htm

Our one day supervisor course was a great success with many delegates seeing an immediate difference on return to their workplace which was brilliant to see and hear about. We are looking to book a date in soon to run this again.

A one day interactive and practical workshop

Cost: £247.50* per delegate (Incl. lunch, refreshments, course handbook and 30 minutes follow up via phone or Skype)

*based on min of 6 delegates

Venue: tbc

Summary of the course

This one-day workshop explores the principles and techniques required to be a successful supervisor. Participants will learn how to communicate as a leader, be more assertive and organise their teams. They will explore the importance of consistent standards and how to handle challenging encounters more confidently and effectively.

In addition, a 30 minute follow up session with Sarah is included, as often taking learning back to the workplace can raise more questions, and a follow up session will help to ensure training is embedded into the day to day work.

“I found the one day supervisor skills course very helpful.  Shaun Topham motivating and positive attitude was a great reminder how to conduct myself and how my staff interpret me in the workplace. The points made in the course and the advice given helped me to approach some tasks differently, and to set goals to improve the relationship with staff and create a better working environment. I have noticed an improvement in myself and also the team, which is great motivation for the future.” Chris

“The course was very engaging and well presented, with a high level of involvement from all participants.  Sean and Sarah provided a relaxed and friendly environment where I felt it was easy to ask the questions and discuss the topics that were the original reason for attending the course.  I would recommend this course for both existing supervisors and those moving into roles of responsibility.” Peter
