I am organising a one day interactive and practical workshop, with trainer Shaun Topham on the 28th September 2015 in Thame, Oxfordshire. If you would like to know more information please get in contact, it is going to be a great day.
Summary of the course:
This one-day workshop explores the principles and techniques required to be a successful supervisor. Participants will learn how to communicate as a leader, be more assertive and organise their teams. They will explore the importance of consistent standards and how to handle challenging encounters more confidently and effectively.
In addition, a 30 minute follow up session is included, as often taking learning back to the workplace can raise more questions, and a follow up session will help to ensure training is embedded into the day to day work.
